To live, our cells should divide. With time DNA damage increases. So cells don’t work properly. Cell division slows down. Length of telomere decreases continuously.

With time mitochondria also become inefficient. We know that mitochondria are our powerhouse. Without energy, we can’t survive. It is the cell biology perspective of lifespan.
